You are enough just as you are.
I fiercely belive that photography should celebrate the variety of human experience. That’s why even though you are coming to a studio I want my work to honor who you are.
I want to honor your journey and who you are with all of your emotions.
A session with me is like meeting an old friend. My super power is to make people feel comfortable and welcomed. I hear clients say time and time again that they have never seen their children so at easy in front of the camera. Your only job is to be yourself, and let go of any fears of judgement.
Originally from Brazil, I grew up in a loud, noisy, and loving family that I miss so much.
My passion is not only for photography, but for human connection, family togetherness and those seemingly small yet precious moments we experience throughout our lives. The raw and un-staged connection families share. All these passions combined shine through in my work and give me the ability to capture the true essence of families and what makes them unique.
As a mother myself, I'm all too familiar with how tough of a job it can be.
I'm not the photographer who would ever judge you or your child's behavior. On the contrary, I encourage everybody to play and be silly. It's the spontaneous and unplanned moments that are worth capturing. I have a genuine love for working with children, so I promise to be patient with your child and make them as happy and comfortable as possible!
If it's your first time having a family photoshoot done, I know how nerve-wracking and awkward it may feel, but I'm very adamant about making my clients feel like this is just an ordinary day with the family, and that's how I capture such stunning images.
My calmness and my ability to make my clients and their children feel comfortable are some of my superpowers as a photographer.
Photo sessions should always be fun. I promise to deliver a stress-free experience so that you can hold on to not only the beautiful memories captured through photographs but also the wonderful experience that the photoshoot itself was.
I very much encourage having extended family in my sessions!
